Our Story

PradimeAI began with a singular, unwavering idea: to close a critical gap in delivering consistent, measurable ROI across organizations of all sizes. For over 25 years, we observed a persistent shortfall—especially within financial services and healthcare—where traditional consultancies fell short in combining strategic insight with real-world delivery. While many advisory firms focused on either high-level strategy or technical execution, none offered fully integrated, bespoke solutions that spanned strategy, architecture, engineering, and implementation as part of the core deliverable.

Leadership

Dimple Thakkar is a senior financial services executive and the Founder & CEO of PradimeAI.

With over 25 years of global experience leading transformative innovation across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. Over the years, she has been in several executive roles within Product, Data and Technology including Head of Data Products,  Strategy and Governance for Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Operations within Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for the past 5 years.


In her several roles for past 25 years within Product, Data, Technology and AI, Dimple has led  high-performing teams of innovators focused on delivering cutting-edge, data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, and strengthen risk management. Her leadership has been pivotal in developing and deploying scalable AI and machine learning products that drive strategic outcomes across the firm's retail banking, card, asset, and wealth management portfolios—serving both retail and institutional clients globally.
 

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Dimple served as Chief Technology and Data Officer at several large organizations and credit unions such as CUNA Mutual Group (now TruStage),  Synchrony, BMO Harris and Northern Trust where she led the Innovation and Data Analytics Technology divisions and Digital transformations.

Dimple holds an Executive Education LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from the distinguished Stanford University Graduate School of Business , is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has an advanced degree in Accounting & Economics. Her expertise spans product management, digital strategy, data and analytics strategy, and advisory for CIO and COO leadership teams.
She is passionate about harnessing the power of AI and data to reimagine the customer journey, build future-ready capabilities, and advance the financial services industry toward intelligent, human-centered innovation.

Amrish is a seasoned expert in product development and supply chain management with over 25 years of experience in the industry. With a background in engineering, manufacturing and purchasing, he has successfully led numerous projects from concept to market, helping companies optimize their processes and enhance their product offerings. From building foundational products at Tesla , leading research for new product development at Apple to building the most complex gears and machinery at Caterpillar, his expertise spans across various mechanical and electrical industries for the past 2 decades.
